What does the fee cover?
– Admission to sessions
– Conference documentation
– Coffee, tea and lunch during session breaks on Tuesday February 8 and Wednesday February 9, 2011
– Network reception on Tuesday February 8, 2011
payment
Registration fees, in € (Euro), should be paid by:
A. Credit card. The on-line registration system provides a secured transaction system.
B. Bank transfer. Please transfer the amount payable to Account Number 02.43.15.13.06, Fortis Bank, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. IBAN code NL44FTSB0243151306, BIC CODE / SWIFT FTSBNL2RXXX. Beneficiary 2nd EMWC. Please clearly state the name(s) of the delegate(s). Payments should be made without charges to the beneficiary.
Confirmation of registration
After you have registered via the website, you will receive written confirmation by e-mail. The registration site will be open until February 1, 2011. After that date you can register on-site.
Cancellations and refunds
The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing of cancellations of registration:
– Before December 1, 2010, payment will be refunded minus an administrative
fee of € 50.00.
– After December 1, 2010 until January 7, 2011, payment will be refunded minus an administrative fee of € 100.00
– No refunds are possible after January 7, 2011. Refunds will be made after
the conference
Hotel
As of July 1, 2010 it will be possible to book a hotel room at reduced rates online for the conference.
